All candles are handmade, so slight variations in colour, scent, or appearance may occur.

Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.

At this time, we do not offer testers

3. Shipping and Delivery

Our standard processing time is 2 days, after which orders are shipped via a 2-day postal service.

Shipping times may vary due to postal service delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging at [your email address].

Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

5. Safety and Usage

Always follow candle safety guidelines:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Place on a heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.

Trim wick to 0.5mm before each use.

Ensure the candle is free from debris before lighting.

Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.

We are not responsible for misuse or improper handling of our products.
