Can I burn candles in my bedroom or nursery?

Let the wax harden, then gently scrape it off with a knife. Any residue can be wiped with a warm cloth or washed with soapy water.

Sometimes the wick might be slightly off-centre. If this happens, use something long, like a spoon or skewer, and gently ease the wick back to the centre. This should help the candle burn more evenly.

Soot can result from burning a candle in a drafty area, not trimming the wick, or burning it for too long. Ensure proper wick maintenance and burn your candle in a stable environment.

We do not currently offer refill bottles.

At the moment, we do not offer a recycling return service. While we love the idea of recycling, most of our orders are sent individually, and the cost and environmental impact of returning and cleaning used jars would outweigh the eco benefits.

However, all our glass bottles, tins, and lids are recyclable through your local recycling facilities, and many can be repurposed at home as storage containers, vases, or decorative pieces. 

We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping may be available in the future.
